Refund policy

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your order please email evan@mandaygrooming.com and we will issue a full refund for the product(s) you are not satisfied with (plus GST/applicable taxes) to your method of payment or as store credit on MandayGrooming.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

In order to receive refund, customer must ship product(s) they are not satisfied with as their expense and refund will be issued upon receipt of the return shipment.
